Screenprinting for Children

As screenprinting for Adults, but for children in  a specially supervised programme with additional staff support. 10 children aged 12 years + can participate, with  2 adult helpers available for assistance.

Suitable for use in a classroom, this can be for either one group of children who work with the artist all day, or for two groups who each work for 2 1/2 hours per session.

Children learn about printing, stencil design , cutting , registration and printing. Their finished designs on paper can be used for wider applications at a later date, like T-shirt designs or for scanning into a computer for creating posters or book illustrations.

All the equipment and materials required for this course are supplied.
